H22 City Expo is a 35-day innovation fest – an international arena to showcase, test, and co-create smart solutions that improve life in more sustainable cities. H22 has more than 500 programme features including exhibitions, entertainment, food, lectures, conferences, innovations, culture, hackathons, and much more. It is the biggest arena in Europe for sustainable urban transformation in 2022 and a city-wide celebration of life.

H22 Talks – Every day you can enjoy a range of short talks on different themes, where the overall focus is on the smart, sustainable, and thoughtful city. Read more
RecoLab – Take a tour of Helsingborg’s hypermodern “recovery lab”. This is home to a unique system that recycles resources from wastewater and food waste sorted at the source in the district’s homes and offices. The first full-scale test of this award-winning solution. Read more
Havoteket – This pavilion is a prototype of an urban marine park where visitors can look below the surface, experience the marine life, and explore how to become a better neighbour to the sea. Read more
Space to Innovate – This interactive exhibition presents a selection of over 300 smart solutions that have resulted from the City of Helsingborg's long-term investment in innovation, H22. Read more
People’s Walk – A project where the city is working with businesses, academia, and residents to create a safe urban laneway and explore how to include soft values like equality in the building process. Read more
DM – In a unique collaboration between the city, IKEA, and local residents and businesses, a new destination has been created called DM – a Drottninghög Market that IKEA is calling Do More. By developing an urban farm, community kitchen, and vibrant marketplace, this project is creating jobs, long-term economic growth, and sustainable communities. Read more
Urban Brilliance – Six European cities and metropolitan regions – Linz, Valencia, Tampere, Tallinn, Oslo, and Greater Copenhagen – showcase innovations within areas such as green transition and digitalisation.
