It is time for us all to stand up to loneliness. The prevention of social exclusion is a
significant social task, in which the City’s operating models and their benefits can be
measured. We especially support measures which aim to prevent the exclusion of young
people between the ages of 15 and 29, young adults and families. We use indicators, data analytics and research results related to the target group and the residential areas.
The impact on identified exclusion factors are at the centre of the evaluation. Region-specific profile information is used in identifying risk factors. The prevention of digital exclusion is becoming increasingly important.
